Why Vaasthu is Important for Factories?

Some people continue to suffer losses in business. Some people may face a major loss due to a fire or accidental fire accident. It resulted in loss of several crores rupees to the owers. Where should the main gate be? Can we set up in Eaasanyam (North-East)?

The main entrance for the factory, office and the shop should be set up in the Eastern or Northern region or in the North-East. (Eaasanyam).

What can we set up in Essanyam or North-East Corner?

• For locating the reception room, office or factory– Easanyam (North-East) area is the right place.

• Borewell, well, water-storage tank under the ground, should be placed in the North or East or in the North-East (Essanyam).

• It is better to locate petrol and diesel troughs under the ground-in the North or East. This is applicable to locate the petrol bunks and for storing Petrol in factories.

• We should see that Cable Trench is not placed in the North-East. (Eaasanyam).

What should not be placed in the North-East or Essanyam?

One should avoid setting up toilet, staircase, kitchen, putting heavy load, and closed system in North-East. 

What should be set in the corner of Agni or South-East ?

·        Transformers, generators, boilers, and reactors - must be located in the East of the South-East corner called the Agni corner.

·        Power generation, computer system room should be placed in Agni or South-East direction.

·        Chimneys of the Factory can be placed in the Agni’s corner or South-East direction.

What should I not do in the corner of Agni?

• Setting up well, septic tank, bore well should not be constructed in South-East or Agni corner.

What should be placed in the Kanni or Niruthi or Nairuthanyam area?

• Owner room or Managing Director room should be in the South-West corner. When the Owner sits in the Kanni’s corner , the factory owner will take sensible decisions. Due to this, business will be expanding and profits will be soaring.

• Store Room or warehouse or finished product store room should be placed in the South-West corner.

Cash box , Cash lockers can be placed here. If the cash box is setup here , there will be continuous flow cash for the factory or shop.

Worshiping   Dakshinavarti Shankh 

  Dakshinavarti Shankh (Valampuri Sanggu;  Sri Lakshmi Shankh), is a sacred Hindu object otherwise known in English as a conch shell.  This can be placed here and worshiped by the owner on daily basis.  This will add more prosperity and will bring Godess Sri Laxmi’s blessing to owner of the factory.

What should not be set up in the Kanni or South-West region?

• One should not set up the main entrance for the factory, water well, the kitchen, the human toilet and the underground facilities in this region

What can be done in the North-West corner of the so-called Vaayu region ?

• Marketing department , department for business development should be placed in the North-West region.

Workers / Employees quarters can be constructed in the North-West region.

• Guesthouse of the factory can be set up in this region.

One can construct, the compound wall in the North-West area without touching the north wall.

• Factory waste storage room can be set up North-West.

• Establishment of Research & Development department in North-West region offers good results.

What should not be done in the Vayu or North-West region of the Factory?

In the Vaayu region , well, bore-well , stair-case, any underground construction or loading heavy weight in this region should be avoided.

Where should the waste water processing machine be set up?

Waste water processing unit should be set up in  North or East or Eaasanyam. (North-East).

General

Any underground activity should be avoid in the North region  and East region.

Road Directly Facing the Factory’s Main Gate

It is important to see if there is no road directly situated in front of Factory’s main entrance. If the factory is  designed where a straight road is in front of factory’s main entrance , then such factory will face many struggles and ups and down.
